    • Received quote on March 21, 2023 for removal of our trailer on Dogtooth Lake. Quote was for $***** Chris (owner) requested a 50% deposit but said he would accept 25% and the other 25% once work began. • $**** (25%) sent via e-transfer on March 31, 2023 • No work started • Chris requested the other 25% on April 21, 2023. I responded that I was not comfortable sending him more money as no work had begun yet. Chris said he would start today and then send pictures. One picture was received of two people starting demolition. Two small walls of “addition” were removed. Another $**** was therefore sent. • No further work done. Stopped responding to all texts and phone calls after April 24/23. ?When we were finally able to go to the trailer to see what was done there was a huge mess. There was debris everywhere, they had started fires on the grass, and had taken bowel movements the none functioning toilet. No further work was done expect for the removal of the two plywood walls on the addition of the trailer. Resolution Seeking: We are seeking the return of our second deposit. The company removed two plywood walls which would not be more than $*** in work, however we are only asking for our second deposit back ($****). *** ***** *** ****** *** *** ****** ** **** ** **** ** *** ********** *** ****** **** ** *** ******** *** ***** ***** ** *** ** ******* **** **** ** *** ******* **** ** *** *** ****** ******* *** **** ** *** ******* ***** *** ** ** ******* ****** ** *** ****** ******* ***** *** ***** ** *** **********
