    On December 22, 2024, I recieved an oil change feom Jiffy Lube, once the oil change was compleate I began driving and after about 40 minutes of driving my car shut off on the main road. I was able to pull off the the side of the road, turned my car off, and I went to look under my car and there was a pool of oil underneath it, I tried to re start my and it would not start. We called Jiffy Lube to explain what happened and they shared we could send a tow truck to the garage for them to have a look at it and they would pay for the tow truck. I was too far away from Jiffy Lube ** * ** *** **** ** ******* *** *** ******* ******* ******* ** *** ** ** ****** and was not passing through the Keswick area again. I shared with Jiffy Lube it did not make sense for my car to go back to the Jiffy Lube and I did not feel comfortable doing so and I was worried about engine damage to my car from the now lack of oil in the car, and inquired to jiffy lube if I took my car to the dealership which was closet to my destination would Jiffy Lube cover the costs which they shared that they would. I called my insurance, left a message for the Jiffy Lube complaint department, called my dealership, called a tow truck and my car was sent to my dealership. At my dealership it was discovered that Jiffy Lube had not put on an oil filter gasket which caused the leak in my car. Since the discovery of Jiffy lubes mistake they have refused to pay for any damages to the car, have not reimburse us for the initial oil change and have not paid for the tow of the car. Jiffy lube never offered a rental car. What jiffy lube did offer was another free oil change, which we declined. .y husband and I have been trying to co tact the manager who keeps dismissing our calls. I am only looking to be compensated for the original oil change at Jiffy lube and for the work done at my dealership to get the car operational again. I am not interested in the cost of towing ** ** ******** **** Any help is appreciated.
