    I am writing to file a formal complaint against CW Marine & Sports regarding an unfortunate experience ** ****** had on Jan.25.2025. at their facility.
    ** ****** ** **** ********* *** ******* ************ booked an ice hut cabinet for fishing from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We rented five fishing rods and bait, which were supposed to be prepared before our arrival. However, upon arrival, one rod was missing, and no bait was provided. It took almost 45 minutes for the staff to address these issues and get everything ready.
    However, as we were nearing the end of our time slot and preparing to leave, another group, whose booking was from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, arrived. This new group was visibly impatient and began using racist language, repeatedly shouting ******** ******* ******* and accusing us of wasting their time. The derogatory remarks were deeply shocking and upsetting, ********** *** ** ******* ********** *** ****** **********. At that moment, instead of intervening to address the behavior of the new guests, the employee present attempted to hurriedly remove my family from the hut to accommodate the incoming group. I was appalled by the lack of support from the staff and felt treated unfairly.
    Despite my request to discuss the situation with the rude guests, the owner declined, stating they did not want to get involved. When I confronted the guests about their behavior, one of them threatened to call the police and a lawyer. As a result, I called the police to report the incident.

    This entire ordeal was caused by scheduling errors on CW Marine & Sports' part. Our booking was 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and we had every right to stay until our scheduled time. We did not receive the full four hours we had paid for, and the next guests should have been informed that they could not enter until the proper time. ************* *** ******** ****** **** ********** **** *** ***** ****** ***** ** ***** ****** ******** ******* ** ************ ***** ********
