    I had ordered a kitchen through a different company called "Cross Country Kitchens" in ********, Ontario, who sells the same brand of Divine Cabinets. The designer of that company was lovely to deal with, but she went on maternity leave after my cabinets were delivered and I was still missing the handles, tap, sink, the upper cabinets above the fridge, and I had requested a quote for a bathroom vanity. Long story short, 1 year later after many negative dealings with Cross Country Kitchens, I was still in need of 2 cabinet handles. I honestly just didn't want to ask them for the handles, as I no longer wanted to deal with them at all. I found Canada Cabinets Online, who also sells the same brand of kitchen I bought, and tried to order the 2 handles I needed. The shipping was just over $50 for 2 handles, so I called Canada Cabinets Online to see if I could go pick them up. I spoke to ****** on the phone and unfortunately, they are too far to make the drive for 2 handles worth it, but he took the time to hear my story and graciously offered to ship the handles at his cost. I did not purchase my kitchen from him, so he did not have to do me any favours, but he went above and beyond! I am certain he would have been much easier to work with than where I originally purchased my kitchen from. Very good prices, and I know the quality is excellent as I have the same cabinets that this company sells. ****** is great at listening and offering solutions. Thank you!
