    Canadian Tire Kincardine. I think this store has a bad attitude toward customers,especially the manger! Their refund policy is ridiculous. I bought an umbrella stand took it home put it together and it didn't work.Cheaply made and would not hold the umbrella up straight.
    I returned it to the store and was told they would not refund me because it has a 1 year warranty! On an umbrella stand?
    Wish meant they wouldn,t refund me I had to accept another one from the manufacturer.
    Why would I want another one that didn't work and was poorly made I asked repeatedly ,
    to no avail !
    Finally the manager told me I had to leave the store.
    I have spent thousands of dollars in various canadian tire stores,including Kincardine .the day before I bought a 2 man tube tow rope and harness plus other things. I have hundreds of dollars in CTC money and I always donate to **** *****. I will not be shopping there again!
