    I recently purchased a used vehicle in *******, Ontario and was assured it was safe to drive to NL. However, the car broke down 5 hours into my trip. Fortunately, I was able to get it to D and D Auto after Canadian Tire recommended them, as they were fully booked and unable to assist ***** D and D Auto, I received exceptional service. The staff was warm and provided personal attention, keeping me calm and informed throughout the process. They thoroughly explained all the issues and solutions during the diagnosis. The repair cost for the vehicle was too high. Since I was from out of town and unfamiliar with any local dealerships, they went above and beyond by helping me contact a dealer in ********. I ended up purchasing another vehicle through the dealer they recommended. D and D Auto also inspected the vehicle to ensure it was safe before I resumed my journey.Their care didn't end there - when I arrived home in **, they called to check on me and make sure I was alright. I am truly grateful for their assistance.
