    May 12@1pm took 2021 GLI VW car to get interlock device removed as shown in multiple website pages vehicles wiring WILL NOT be damaged in anyway as they have full knowledgeable mechanics on site. ******** had instructed me to go there with a guarantee that my car would be serviced correctly and putting my trust in a government program things should have went smoothly but instead the machinic named **** cut multiple wires under the car, put wires where they didn't belong, could of compromised safety of my vehicle. The start/stop function, remote start, cruse control, and front safety sensor none of these work now. Interior light will not shut off, extremely hot to the touch, until car is completely turned off. Took VW back to dealership and now have to replace all wiring back to factory settings and $700+as this is just labor . I called back to **** to find out what happened why he did this to my car he reveled he doesn't know how to work on VW. YET PROCEEDED TO DO SO. This is a misrepresentation of information that is provided to the consumer. ******** then instructed me to take it back to **** to have it fixed or see what he could do which I feel is inappropriate due to the amount of damage and negligence already been done. ******** shouldn't have a website promoting experienced mechanics if they don't. I would have been more than happy to take it to Peterborough but now they say no. I have paid for all my mistakes and now I feel the right thing to do is hold **** @ Partners Auto accountable for his. They should have to pay the bill from Volkswagen not me! Hopefully contacting the *** you will be able to stop this from happening to others and be able to assist me.
