    Attended Maple Car Wash in ******** and shortly after noticed a bad smell/marks on fabric and throughout car. The seats were not properly dried and mold/mildew had begun to grow. The clean they provided was not thorough, however my main concern was this mold as Im pregnant and know this is not a healthy environment to be in. Reached out to owner for a resolution/refund and was berated, called names and told to leave as they deemed I was just fishing for money. I was told I could leave my car with them and they would do what they could to try and clean it again, however I was not comfortable with this option after being spoken to how I was and requested a refund. I phoned the police but unfortunately they could not assist and advised I reached out to BBB, leave a review on ****** and pursue this as a civil matter if possible. I completed a review and was shocked to see the owner had responded and left my personal contact information in his response, while not offering any solution and doubling down on his behaviour. Ive attached photos of that interaction.
