      I was paying the monthly fee for the home service plan. My furnace wnet in march 2023. Called to get a technician provided by this company, only to be told i wasnt covered and talk to my bank. Had to find another company to get the furnace up and running and spend all the money out of pocket(11k) no coverage at all which is exactly why i have been paying the monthly fees and called when the problem occured. I contacted this company again once i solved the problem only to be denied a reimbursement or my money back unless i provided this issue with the furnace. once i did provide the information regarding the furnace with the cooperation of **************** i used, they continued to not accept the information i provided and said it wasnt their problem. Lets not forget the person who denied me in the first place was no where to be found and they had no record of it, nor did they bother to find out more about that after i brought it up many times. this happened in march and it is late may. no follow up or request to figure out a solution. Horrible company with careless staff, dont waste your money or depend on them.
