    Seemed excellent to work with at first. With a three month lead time, nowhere to be seen on the stated install date due to supplier problems. A month later the install took place. One door was broken and had to be replaced. Another month of waiting with no word from the company. Finally they show to install; with no hinges. Cue yet another month of waiting. Then the wrong hinges were installed (not quiet closing). They seemed helpful until they received the bulk of the payment, then not so much.

    Its unfortunate that the client feels this way, as there were a few important details that were left out.Admittedly, there were supplier problems as the client mentioned due to the pandemic. As most people are aware, everything from staff shortages, material backorders and production delays were and still are common as a result of the pandemic.That said, his kitchen was installed in its entirety short one door that was never shipped with the cabinet it belonged to. It was one door of 55 total doors and drawer fronts. Although we do recognize it was still one door and it was addressed with the manufacturer immediately.We then had to wait for said door, which lead to the production delays outlined above.Once we did receive the door, we reached out a couple of times to schedule the installation of the door. Unfortunately, the client wasnt available on the dates provided.Once we were able to schedule the door installation, we arrived at the house only to find out that the manufacturer did not send the hinges with the cabinet as they should have.In order to maintain the warranty from the manufacturer, we needed to address this with the manufacturer and have them send us the hinges. Which lead to the delays outlined above again.It is inaccurate to say with no contact as we do have the emails and phone history in which we communicated with him regarding the hinge status. After receiving the hinges we scheduled the service appointment and installed them and the door.Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent non-soft-close hinges which the client made us aware of. Within 48 hours we were able to replace the 2 hinges with soft-close hinges making the kitchen installation complete.With respect to the comment about payments. This is unfair because, contractually the client was obligated to pay the balance upon substantial completion which is defined as, Substantial completion occurs and full payment is due when the goods have been installed and the product is usable to the customer and only service warranty needs to be completed". Even though contractually the client was obligated to pay the balance, we thought it best and in good faith to not even request it until after the door was installed.To date of responding to this review, the balance is still due.Hopefully, this helps to better and more accurately understand the events that transpired.We also hope that this client enjoys their kitchen for many years to come as it turned out beautifully and in their own words are, very happy with the kitchen.
