    Due to lack of communication we were unable to trust this company with our personal information. We were approved for a property rental then were left with no response for 2 weeks. Once we finally received the lease after several attempts to reach out, they changed the pricing and agreement terms.

    Dear Ashton,We were in contact with your co-applicant by email on Jan 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th (when you viewed the property), 30th (when you were approved), Feb 4th, Friday the 7th, and Monday the 10th (when we sent the full lease package for you to review and e-sign).The hot water heater rental for this property is a tenant responsibility. The owner informed us that the equipment provider (*********************) does not allow tenants to have a hot water heater rental contract exclusively in their name. The monthly heater rental fee has to either be built into the lease or separately invoiced to you each month by the owner. Our leasing agent mentioned this to your co-applicant during one of their conversations and the heater rental fee was added to the monthly rent to deal with the issue. The total monthly cost for the property did not ********* help protect tenants, we educate them about the Ontario N9 form so they give proper written notice to end their previous tenancy and do not end up obligated to two leases at the same time (this could be very costly).We have worked with thousands of tenants over the past two decades and we respect all of our clients. We treat everyone's personal information with care.
