      I booked a birthday party and paid the 50% deposit, almost $165. The trampoline park closed a week before the birthday party date. Without any notice, without any communication and without any information on if it would open again. When the trampoline park reopened, I went in to receive my deposit back onto a credit. I was assured that my almost $165 was put on to my account but not given a gift card. I told the owner I didn't have a lot of trust but understood that times have been tough. This was back in March 2022. I took the credit thinking I would have my other child's birthday party there in July. In July I went in to confirm the amount on my online account and was told that it was never processed. The the employee called the manager twice while I stood in the trampoline park waiting for some information. When she told me it had never been processed back in march, I told her that at this point I just wanted my money back. She said she didn't have any money on site and I said that's fine I'll take the money as a refund on my visa. The second time she was on the phone with the manager she was trying to figure out how to process a refund. She got off the phone turned to me and said that the system is not allowing her to edit. She said the manager would be in later or would call me. I asked her when the manager would be in and she said she didn't know. I had been trying to reach someone at the trampoline park by email and phone for the last week while trying to book my other child's birthday party. I had to go into the business to ask face-to-face about the credit with the hopes to book the birthday party for the second child. At this point I have absolutely no trust and I just want my money back. I need help getting in touch with the manager to process my refund. I have the original invoice that shows I made the deposit. And no other documents have been given showing a refund.
