    Had ***** over to fix the gutters and install gutter guards in Fall 2023. ***** was very insistent on getting paid immediately after the work was done (before there was any rain). Immediately after the first rain, we noticed that the gutters were still leaking despite the $1300 job. He spent a few minutes 'fixing the leak,' but after it rained again, we noticed other spots of leakage.We tried calling him several times over the following months, but he didn't respond to phone calls or voicemails. I finally got a hold of him using another phone number; he said he could come immediately but didn't show up. I called him back, and he said he would come later that week but never followed up.Since then, I've had another contractor over, who stated that the gutters should not have been repaired but rather replaced entirely. This is something we would have considered had ***** given us the correct information, instead of sinking $1300 into a bad repair job and gutter guards for gutters that need to be replaced. Avoid.
