Attended business on July 29th 2022 for hair colouring services. Services were not as requested (did something totally different than what was agreed upon). They were argumentative and then agreed to attempt to correct the colour, resulting in damage to hair. The hair was not fixed and is now more difficult and costly to correct (I will be going elsewhere). I immediately (within hours) tried to contact an owner or manager - via both email and phone. They would not speak to me. When I called today (November 25th) they tell me that the stylist no longer works there and I would have to call the salon she now works at and they would have to give me a refund. This was $292.50 and point of sales receipt shows their business information. The claim they were not the ones who actually charged me because the stylist was on commission at the time. I stated my receipt shows your business name so it is not the stylist personally nor their new employer who would issue a refund - in that case, I said I would contact my credit company if this was not a legitimate transaction. The woman on the phone made a vague threat about telling them that I was lying and then she hung up. I have blocked this business on my phone and email, but my issue is still left unresolved, and I would go as far as to say I was ******* by this business. I would need to recover my money because next time I have to get my hair coloured (taking a break for a while due to the damage caused), it will cost extra to get the mistakes corrected. Other important notes: they repeatedly ******* my phone with unsolicited marketing, and also during the appointment I was left in a dark room alone uncomfortably with my head bent over backwards into a sink for extended periods of time (that's dangerous).
