      My Ex Wife went to see them for a hearing test. Testing was done as soon as he turned 7. Their information is bias because you are comparing someone trying to walk as soon as they are born vs a one year old toddler. You can't do hearing tests on kids who just turn as They told me at they couldn't compare them to 6 year old's who were not being tested. They admitted earlier that this was not a fair test for him to do at the time. Secondly, the company told my Ex that he was diagnosed with a audio processing disorder, which they clarified later that they did not. The notes suddenly vanished because the person that was working there has left the company. Since I did not have a copy of the report, my ex kept telling me that he did have a APD for the past 5 years. I called, and asked for them for the results and said I did not have access to them since I was not on the file. Suddenly, I could after 5 years due to another mistake. . The only test that was worth mentioning was the phonemic decoding which would of been useful information to help my son with his needs. This test means he wasn't getting enough reading. I asked them why their was the mix up about the diagnosis, they said they did not know as their computer systems were changed over at that time and lost his file in the process. The information in 2017 was also given to his school which more then half of it were useless facts about his hearing. Another hearing test was done in 2021, and t was perfect. * ***** ***** ********* **** ******* ** **** **** *** **** *** ** ****. They were not doing their duty to keep parents involved, their integrity is non existent ** ** *** **** **** **** **** ***** ****** *** **, I was not given my rights as a father for the past 5 years and the consequence of my son that he never got the proper informed care and treatment he was suppose to be given. *** ******* ** ******* ** *** ** **** ***** ** ****** *** ******* **** ******** ** ***

We are disappointed that our previous attempts at communicating with you in order to address your concerns have left you feeling unhappy with the results of our previous medical assessments.
      As discussed during earlier communications, we do apologize for the delays in getting our paper files out of archives. While we cannot change test results from 5 years ago that were done according to proper protocols, our offer to review and reassess remains in place. We are happy to support any patient who wishes to seek a second opinion.
