      They sold me a **** ***** ******* that I need to put more work in that my 08 suv! Control arm, ball joint, all 4 struts and now thermostat to cool engine not working. Can only email to get repairs can't speak to anyone.

      Hello, We are working with the client to provide a reasonable agreed upon solution to any issues that were pre-existing on delivery. Based on our documents the ****** is in agreement with our proposed resolution. Is there a way for the ****** to acknowledge this and close out this review?

      I hope they deliver as promised and promptly due to fact I owned this suv since Dec 17th.
      I appreciate that they are now getting this resolved
