      I brought my vehicle in for service and I provided specific details to what needed to be done.
      After about 2 weeks I got a call saying that my vehicle was ready. When I showed up to pay the bill I was shocked to see that the bill was 3x higher than it should have been.
      I'd also learned that they performed work that I wasn't quoted on, informed of or agreed to.
      Not only that I was charged for parts that I had replaced a week previously myself.
      I have tried to get reimbursement t****** *** ******** ** ******** ******* *** they REFUSE to try to negotiate. Now I'm left with having to sue them.
