    A company that is very easy to deal with! They were quick to come out and give a free estimate on the awning over our porch which was storm damaged. We were kept in the loop about when it could be replaced. They accommodated us when we had to delay for a week. The workmen were fast, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!

    We had an Apollo drop screen shade and ******* manual control awning installed. While the awning did not block the sun from the porch that I had hoped, it does provide some nice backyard shade I hadn't expected. Both shade and awning were professionally installed and look great! Highly recommend MacDonald Awning for your next project.

    Great customer service in office and on site. Very helpful in helping with our needs for an awning selection and explaining every option that was available to suit our needs. Bill actually came on site twice to ensure that everything we chose would fit our needs. Measured everything twice! (Measure twice - cut once). Installation team was fabulous! All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Great work. Very much enjoying the new awning with family and friends.

    The other day, we had our existing awning re-skinned. Brittany assisted us in choosing the right fabric/pattern and arranging for the installation. The crew that came to do the on-site work, were very punctual/efficient and knew what they were doing. The awning looks great!

    Good day I just want to write a little short note regarding my experience with MacDonald Awning & Shade regarding my backyard awning. I had a problem with the material that was getting cut while I was rolling the awning up and down last year and finally after 10 months bill said that he would help me out. Bill finally got the awning from the other company and the material and told me that,don’t worry he will look after everything after he received it, he arranged to get it put back onto the structure and made everything work properly. I’m very grateful for Bill and MacDonald Awning for their services and commitment so now I have an awning that I can use this summer when the heat arises. I would highly recommend Bill as he’s a professional, and I would recommend all of my friends to this company. Once again, service and quality is a number one thing and when you buy something it’s always nice to know there’s someone out there that will provide the service.     We recently dealt with the staff at MacDonald Awning regarding a new awning for our deck. We were presented with all the choices and available options there were. Bill came out to do a site visit to make sure that the right decision was made as far as size, color and options. To our surprise they were able to install it almost a few weeks later so we get to use it early. The installers were very polite, experienced and cleaned up the work area when done. We made the right choice by using MacDonald Awning. Great company to deal with. We are very pleased and look forward to using our new awning this summer.

    We purchased an awning recently and experienced a hiccup - likely user error. We contacted MacDonald Awnings via email late one evening. We received a response early the next morning and then worked with them over the next 2 days to resolve the issue. Their timely, friendly response, videos, calls and support were very much appreciated. Communication when issues arise is so important and we felt supported all the way.
