    Richard is a pro's pro. They don't make them like him anymore. I hired him to do some drywall and taping. I found out he has been doing it for decades and has his ticket. He was a master at it. Quick to finish and good detailed work. He was even able to fix some terrible work and errors that were done by the previous dry waller who I found out was a fly by night amateur. Rick was able to explain not only how he would do it but why. His quote was middle of the pack when he bid on the job. He completed it on budget and on time and was diligent. He also cleaned up after himself very well.
    When the drywall job finished (whole basement) I asked what else he knew how to do and found out he is also a certified carpenter. So he also did my kitchen and a bunch of carpentry. There was no job he didn't know how to do, from tile, to door installation, locks, trim, cabinetry.. I have yet to throw something at him that he couldn't do. I even found out he could do stucco, though I didn't need it. I would hire him without hesitation and was very happy with his work at two different houses over the four years since I met him. Thanks Rich, I wish I knew you years ago before I wasted money on bad contractors.
