    I bought a 18 % cream yesterday at the store. When I made one coffee it’s this morning, it didn’t taste right. I checked he expire date it’s tomorrow.
    I took I back to the store today and the guy at counter said SORRY no exchange no money back. I asked why ? He said it comes directly from the manufacturer, so he can’t do anything. He went and noticed the 2 others in the fridge Epiring tomorrow and left hm on the fridge.

    Hello, I have ***** ********* 2 pictures to show proof of payment, *** ** ***** ******* ** ********** ** *****. It was proof from my bank account. With the date and total. 
    I only wanted the gentleman at the store to replace it. When he wouldn’t I threw in the trash can in the store. 
    Because he said *** *** ******* product came from a supplier. So it’s not the stores responsibility to replace or give me back my money.

    Good Afternoon, Firstly I would like to apologies to the customer (*******) for the inconvenience she experienced with her purchase. Also, I would like to give an explanation for not providing her with an exchange or refund. The reason is the customer was well aware of the (BEST BEFORE DATE) of the product she decided to buy at that day. The dates were clearly mentioned on the package of the product. The product she is concerned for is a dairy product which is manufactured by (******* ***********) so regarding the taste concern the customer should complain to the manufacture directly as they are the one who are responsible for the taste of the cream. For dairy products we cannot provide any kind of exchanges or refund. I really appreciate that the customer brought us her concerns regarding the product and we will report this to the manufacture so in future nobody has to experience such thing again.

    I am rejecting this response because: I didn’t notice the expiry date, when I purchased it. Only when I went back the next day. If they were that close to expiry date, wh didn’t they remove them and send them back for credit.

Just for your reference for the dairy products in entire Canada nobody provides any kind of credit or exchanges even the manufacturer's don't provide with any kind of reimbursement.
