    I've had a frustrating experience with the company so far- my initial order last year was partially cancelled as they didn't actually have the stock the website said, and I had to prompt them to refund me for what they never sent. When I asked when I'd get my refund, they said when they got the item back... What item? A box of air? I explained that further in the email thread we had been discussing in, the items were NEVER sent! I was then given my refund.
    I ordered around November but didn't have an appointment for my install until mid-January. From the first wash, I knew I was in trouble. The hair shed was insane! Broken strands every time I brushed, constant matting, I literally got a few inches cut off after a month because the ends were so dried out they felt disgusting. Split ends were popping up at multiple heights throughout the hair shaft- this hair was in rough shape. I used *******, ***, I put in leave-in conditioner multiple times a day just to keep them looking somewhat decent and to try and prevent knotting. When I went in to get them trimmed, my hairstylist was appalled at their state. I contacted customer service with my experience and a detailed explanation of the care I put into these, to be told that it may have been a "bad batch" which sometimes happens... Where is the quality control? You're just going to write this off as a bad batch and I can't even get a refund? I was able to return an unused pack as I purchased two wefts, for a STORE CREDIT and discount on my next purchase (which for some reason I have to redeem over the phone?)- as if I want to shop here again! I have no choice but to try a different type that they sell as they have my money and I can't get it back. I wish I could have been refunded so I could shop elsewhere. Just know that if you purchase here, even if the problem is THEIR FAULT with a "bad batch"- you're still not getting your money back.

    I bought these extensions for my daughter for Christmas. By January 10th, 2024 they were a complete matted rats nest. We have cared for extensions for years and have never experienced something like this. ** *** ******** **** ********** **** **** ******** The cuticle of the hair is clearly in different directions throughout causing them not to last a week. We had to take them out and purchase new and they refused to do anything about it when I told them what had happened. They offered me 25% off a future purchase. We will clearly not be returning, so that is a useless offer.
