    They state "Easy Returns" but far from it. OrthoMed Canada had no problem taking my money and I returned the product the next day due to product being very bulky. I have sent numerous email regarding how long it is taking to return my money. 4 weeks and 5 days and still no refund! Very, very poor service!

    * **** ** **** * ********* ***** *** ******* * ******** **** ********* I went through the process of measuring my son for a knee brace that cost $216.00. When we tried it on, it did not fit him well. Seeing as the brace would be useless for his knee, I wanted to return it right away. However, Orthomed proceeded to refuse return shipment from ****** **** so I had to return the brace *** costing $45 only to be refused by the Orthomed. So now I have spent $261 for a brace I don't have. If you are an online service company, you should be providing better service for returns especially with products cost this much. ****** ** *** *** **** * ******* **** ****** ***** ********* ** **** ****

    Had their product, compression sleeves, for 5 days..referred to the sizing chart for the right fit, told me I was a large and bought a pair for 78 dollars. Tried them on and barely could pull them over my feet. So tight they left imprints on my legs! Tried again 2 more nights thinking they might loosen a bit. They did not. Messaged them with pics and for advice, they agreed that they should not be that tight. They then suggested I return them, go ahead and buy the XL, and sent me a shipping label. I thought wow, excellent customer service. They had a few requirements, original package, instructions and a separate package for shipping, which I did! 4 days later I got an email saying that I have recieved a refund, wow, great! They neglected to tell me that they were keeping half! 44 percent actually! They claim to have a policy, that they charge a restocking fee if you wear the product!! So I messaged them, asking them how ?? I could possible know if the product fits if I don't wear them?? Second, why wouldn't you mention this prior to suggesting I exchange them? Third, why would I send a pair of anything I bought back to you, if I knew you were keeping the product and half the money? Fourth, how is it the customers fault when your method of sizing fails? **** ** ****** ********** ****** This is very ***** ************ ******** *** ********* wrong!! At least send the right size. Where in your policy does it suggest that I rented your sleeves for 42 bucks!! 15 bucks each time I wore them!! **********!!

    Hi ****, most companies that sell medical compression socks make them final sale. We do our best to assist customers with measurements, and we also offer the 5 day return as a way of allowing customers to try on the product to make sure the measurement was correct. The restocking fee was originally applied as the product was returned discoloured on the typical areas of the sock that show wear and as a result, is set to be discarded. We do encourage customers to try on the product for sizing to ensure it is a comfortable fit but for the item to be returned in new condition.
    Since you had reached out to us by email previously, we have already refunded you for your restocking fee that was originally charged as a courtesy for the misunderstanding of our policies.

    Yes, after countless emails, you finally decided to refund what you claim to be a restocking fee. I still am out 21 dollars...and I still don't understand how you expect customers to be able to tell if a compression sock fits after trying it on for 2 minutes.
    You expect your product to work for a very vast clientele, if you have a size 10.5 shoe size..these will fit! When they don't you claim that your policy says if they are worn you have to pay a restocking fee and then you can reorder another size. How is this the customers fault! I sent you pictures of your product cutting into my leg!! Not ok guys! ****** ***** ********* You guys need to write less policies and consider you customers needs a little more. I will not be doing business with you again.

    This company has the most restrictive return/exchange policy I’ve ever seen. Their website says they are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and their policy has “very few restrictions”. **** ** ***** ***********. I ordered a **** ice machine and when I received it, it was not what I was expecting. The day I got it, I opened the bag with the hip attachment and saw that it was much flimsier and smaller than expected. I wanted to exchange it for a pricier machine but even though it was brand new, they would not exchange it because ice machines are not returnable according to their policy. They make you check the box that says you’ve read their policy before they will accept your order. I saw that ice machines were not returnable but I thought that meant ones that had been used. They said they might be willing to make an exception if I sent them photos that proved the package had not been opened. They get to keep my $325. ** **** ******* ***** ******** **** *********

Cold therapy is used for post surgical procedures and we want to make sure we are selling only new and sterile products.     I placed an order for compression stockings, received a shipment confirmation and tracking number. I also confirmed 3x that my order has been shipped so that I would receive it by a certain date. After 8 days, the shipment hadn't moved, so I called to confirm again the status of my order, and then suddenly my item is on back order and hasn't actually shipped. All other versions of the product are also on "back order", yet on their website everything is listed as "In Stock".
    So clearly they have no problem selling you items they don't have, confirming that everything is fine, until you ask too many times and they admit they don't have what they have sold you.

    This isn't normally a situation we run into as any items listed on our site are in stock and available to ship. In your case the toeless version of the compression sock you ordered was incorrectly setup in our system as available, when in fact it was special order.
    Our team thought the item was on its way from our warehouse to you, when in fact it was not. This was totally our fault, and we sincerely apologize for the trouble.
