******, he installed a furnace at my house and come to find out that the exhaust is blowing into my neighbors' window next door. I have reached out twice and he said he was too busy and I should send him pictures, also no warranty information for a $6500.00 furnace.

Hi. Yes, you called and demanded warranty information on a furnace installed at a vacant home in Hamilton and asked me to forward that information to a different phone number. Being at another job site at the time, I lost that number but texted the number you have called from, asking for the first and last name of the owners. Apparently, the number I texted back was a landline and you have not received my request. During furnace installation the house was unoccupied and we were contracted by a Trustee and not by you. I have never met you before, you are not our customer, only an end user. Few days later you called again, very angry and with ******* tone questioned how we do business and why I didn't get back to you. During our conversation, I have never said that I am too busy to provide the documents, I simply asked you to get the model and a serial number of the furnace, which is in your basement, to prove, that you have access to the furnace, you are the owner and not a complete stranger, trying to get somebody else personal information. I said that I and willing to help but I need that information. You implied "Is your time more valuable than my time"? Talking to you was not a pleasant experience. It seemed like you had anger management issues. I got depressed and hung up. I have asked for a picture of the furnace rating plate, which is on the right side of the furnace as well as the picture of the exhaust pipe in question. If the exhaust pipe is more than 12" from any openable window, then we are in compliance. Windows during heating season usually stay shut. As for the furnace registration and warranty, it can be registered by the owner on www.********.com When dealing with people you always achieve much more being polite and respectful.
