    This company gave me the runaround. ** *** *** * ***** **** ********* ***** they don't seem to be comfortable with smaller HVAC systems but have no problem charging you to come take a look, leave their dirty hand prints everywhere, and then tell you that they'll be in touch. My AC suddenly stopped working and they told me I had a coolant leak and that the entire unit would need to be replaced. For 5 months I waited (it wasn't a big deal for me to wait because it's winter and I didnt need the AC) and each time I inquired about an update I was fed excuses about finding HVAC systems in older condos (my building is old but my HVAC system is only 10 years old).
    I'm so happy I got a second opinion because it turned out to only be a wiring issue! I also asked this second company if it's hard to replace a unit like this with a new one and they basically shot down everything Regional Air said to me.
    ** ***** * ***** **** ***** ****** ***** ** ****** ******* *** ** *** **** * ***** ** **** * ******* **** ****** **** ******** **** *** ***** *** **** **** **** ******* ***** * **** ****** * ****** ** ****** ********* * ******* ** the mess they left behind and instead of apologizing they completely lied in their response so watch out for that.

    This is the first time I have used Regional Air and I was extremely impressed by their top notch customer service. They were very quick to assess a problem with my air conditioning, and followed up with suggesting a new air conditioner, which I needed and was installed the very next day! They were polite, courteous, and went well beyond the call of duty to fix another problem I had while they were doing their installation. I would not hesitate to call them again for my heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks Nick and Josh. **** **********
