    I have a similar complaint about A1Kool apply for greener home energy finance program, where A1Kool did not properly apply for the loan prior to the installation of heatpump. A1Kool had contacted after I reached out to greener home for the potential 0% financing through greener homes where they offered to apply for application, submit for audit and provide all neccasy application for the approval of the loan program. The sales team had a bridge loan through a third party financing program. Where they assured the the installation will be approved and transferred after post energy audit. Issue is that they did not apply prior to having the unit installed and I have been denied by greener homes for this financing program. I have sent several emails and phone calls to A1Kool and first they responded and now have not replied back. Since A1Kool assured me this was all approved and scheduled the audit and installation and now I am stuck paying interest on this I believe some comepnatstion is due.. Calculated interstedataverage of 4.5% average of 10 years is $11,155.35 based on a payment of $120 month over 10 years. This is going to cost me alot of interest payments that were not accounted for. I have emails between A1Kool, greener homes regarding this issue that I will happy provide. Please let me know how BBB an assist with this issue.
