    CloudAtCost provides virtual servers in the cloud which can be used in a variety of ways. When the business first started they had these "Life time" packages where I purchased a life time package where there are no reoccurring fees as there is a *** upfront cost so they get the funding to grow. Recently they stopped honoring these packages and shutdown my servers. I've recently sent in a support ticket asking why this happened and why they are not honoring the package I purchased. After a few emails back and forth they blocked my emails so now I cannot even send emails regarding this issue.

    I purchased Lifetime access to several cloud account developer packages. I additionally purchased web space and VPN lifetime accounts. When originally purchased the T&C stated that it was a one time cost. after a few years they began charging 9.00 per year for maintenance that was not in the original T&C, I was fine with a nominal fee for maintenance. They recently blocked my access to the developer cloud as well as the VPN and webspace. They are now wanting me to signup for RS account that has a fairly hefty monthly cost which I do not agree with. The T&C did not say that in the future you will be required to pay a monthly fee to access what you are paying for now... I would like a refund of all of the products that I have paid for that were under the T&C that stated they were mine under a lifetime agreement. I have paid more than $1000 for lifetime access to packages that I can no longer access.

I have tried several days to recreate my server but I have run into an error. I keep getting the following error trying to connect with the Cpanel console "Failed to connect to server ****** ****** after much research, ***** **** **** **** ***** ** ****** **** **** ****** * **** ******** ***** *********** *** ***** ** **********. I have submitted tech support tickets but there is no response and the email address listed on their website's Terms of service does not work. I also got emails from their ticket support system reporting the issue but that email is also invalid to reply to. They have not contacted me and my issue goes unresolved and I am without my virtual server.
