    This was my first renovation in my new home so there was a lot riding on it, you and your team made it a real pleasure. You and your team handled each challenge extremely well, from the tight schedule, to working in a busy environment with restrictions from our city, and my demands on how to handle the construction schedule. The most impressive thing to me was when your team came across a challenge; they always came to me with a viable solution. From the start of the process to the finish, it went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the professionalism of you and your team. Having worked with construction crews before, I think you have the best hands down.
    Also, the value you demonstrate as the head of your company are seen in your employees. SamScapes has made me feel like a highly valued customer and I will certainly be contacting SamScapes again in the future.

    We contracted with Sam at Samscapes Inc. in May 2023 and terminated the contract in August for multiple breaches of contract including but not limited to 1) not starting on time and working on other sites 2) failing to provide required materials and arguing with us on what was originally contracted 3) not being on-site when work commenced 4) work not being completed as promised and 5) threats on liens on the house. Ultimately, we paid him $8,900 and only completed 10% of the work. The work had to get the work completely re-done by another landscaper. The communication and work performed was unprofessional. The owner claimed that we changed the scope of work and this is untrue. We had to purchase additional material (3K) as Sam did provide the material required and in fact provided faulty material that we had to resell at a significant discount.
