    November 18th 2022 Paid for 6x Treatments of *** ******** ** (6 @ $200 each, total $1200 + gratuity $200 total $1400).
    I was to visit 1x/week for 6 weeks
    After my 2nd visit, I arrived to my appointment and the business is "Temporarily Closed" based on the sign out front.
    I emailed the business Dec 7, Dec 14, Dec 22 asking when they would be open again. On Dec 29 I received a reply indicating they were closed due to an internal issue. On January 11 I asked for a refund (4 @$200 + gratuity, for a total of $1000). I followed up again on Jan 12 asking for the refund, no responses to either.
    I have included my receipt, proof of payment (email money transfer) and email history.
    Please let me know what additional information you require.

    January 2022 i apid $1200 for 6 tattoo removal services

    As of now, i have completed 5 of the 6.

    Company no longer answers calls, emails or social media direct message ********** *** **** *** ** ************ 
    Appointments have been made and then cancelled by the business and appointments made, when arriving the doors are locked, gate closed

    Company is avoiding complrting the service.

    Voicemail is full as if no one is working there anymore
