    I wanted to purchase a travel trailer and was searching different ads on the internet, I contacted this company wanting to finance my purchase they did get right back to me and had a contract drawn up. I received the contract and thought that the taxes would be added as well as interest, the representative was ********* me to sign the contract almost instantly after I received it, emailing me non stop until I finally signed the contract. It was after I signed the contract that I questioned the representative about the extra charges she told me that it had explained out to me, none of the extra charges had been explained to me and no one would answer my questions. After not getting any satisfaction from the representatives I stopped communication when they asked me to send them the ownership papers for my trailer *** ****** *** **** * *** ******** ***** *** ** ***** ****** **** ********** ******* **** ******* ** **** ** ****** *** ******** **** ***** ****** ******* **** **** ** ***** I am being charged 18 036.72 for a 5000.00 loan, the interest they are charging is 27.26% I don't ******* **** ** **** ****** I would like the BBB to help me deal with this issue.

    The hot tub people charged me taxes on the hot tub. When I got the contract in June 2021 I contacted them and said there was an error as the contract showed me paying taxes again, they informed me that the lender would correct on their end and send me the contract in a few months . I never received contract so I reached out the lender said they were given the wrong email address I gave them the correct one. Once I received the contracted I questioned them about the taxes they told me to contact national power sports. It has been 2 weeks and they said they going have the paperwork.. that the taxes that they charged me was loan protection etc ... I never agreed to loan protection etc. I was charged double taxes

    I entered into contract with National Powersports to purchase an ATV. Didn't get the ATV due to the pandemic and issues arriving from lockdowns and illness. Was told if I return the bank draft I would receive most of if not all of my money back. Have received 1 payment back in total and was told by ******** that National Powersports advised them that I agreed for them to take all that interest. This is not true. I haven't spoken to National Powersports since Phil D. told me that they did not have my money *** **** ** ***** ******* ** ***** ** **. **** ******* ** **** ***** *** **** ****** *** ** ******* ** **** ****** ** ******* ****** ******** *** ******** *********** *** * ***** **** ** ******

    I inquired on a private loan to acquire an enclosed trailer *** ** ********. I was told to provide all means of documents to support income and identity. I provided all requested documents and was told that it wouldn't be a problem, and go shopping. I found a trailer at a dealership, provided them with all the info and then they worked behind the scenes to get it approved for me. In the process, I was contacted via telephone and told to sign in various places on a esign document while on the phone, not given adequate time to review and decide if the terms were appropriate. Before I knew it, they had all the forms signed, and the amounts were not discussed clearly, giving me no choice but to pay what was drafted in the documents. There were charges that I did not agree with and would have declined the overpriced financing, had I have had the time to review carefully and ask the questions needed. I followed up with several emails and phone calls, wishing to cancel, once I reviewed the documents later that day, but still no response, and then I was told it was too late, the funds had been already wired to the dealership.

    I obtained financing from these people at national Powersports financing and the agent **** *** ****** ** *** *** ****** $2000 for an 'accessories' charge in which I never received but am paying for. The agent told me that the amount I requested wasn't enough to bypass some insurance that needed to be put into place before the vehicle was purchased and also told me that he was just adding that for show to get the company to issue the money for the loan and that it wouldn't actually be part of the loan. Well, I never received that $2000, but, I'm definitely paying for it. So I'd like to know where that money went and either have it removed from the loan or if that's not possible then, be issued a cheque for that amount, so, I can than send it right back to them as a payment so it cancels out. What I don't want is too pay for an amount with Very high Interest that went ******** **** *** ****** ** the agent who **** to me to do so. * ***** *** ******* ** ***** **** ** **** * ***** ******* *** ******** ****** **** *** ** ** ** ********* **** **** *********** *** **** ** ** to acquire a paper trail of where the money went and how much I actually got.
