      Got my oil changed sticker says to 250,599 or march 10 2024. My car is at 245015 and I am out of oil.

      I went to service my car at Economy Lube in Kitchener on Fairway Road, basically to change one of the head light lamps as it was not working. After keeping me waiting for 2 hours they took my car in to find out that they don't have the exact light bulb which is the needed. Hence, they told me they removed the bulb and it's safe to take away the car and return next weekday when they will have the new blub bulb to fit back in. Moment, I started my car and got down the road, I started smelling burn and in matter of 2 minutes the hood the car in smoke and fire primarily from the side of the headlight. I held my nerve to take a U-turn and in matter of 2 minutes could pull back the car to the same shop. There was a fire truck on road who saw me driving a car on fire and pulled over behind me to jump in action and extinguish the fire. They gave a ticket number. I let my insurance know and they are processing a claim which might write-off my vehicle. I am traumatized by the incident though not bodily harmed. ********* ** ********** **** **************** ** **** ** **** *** while I am frustrated with the entire situation and to my best understanding their *** work or lack of investigation caused a short circuit/spark in the car to burn it.

      I had given my car here for winter tire swap off rims. I had called them beforehand and they attendant had mentioned to come at 08 am the next day which I did. Upon reaching there, the guy on the counter tried to push me for new rim purchase which. He said if I did not purchase the rims, my car will be deprioritized/delayed for tire swap and even said , that they may not be able to do the swap. Note that my car was 08th in line. The attendant was **** throughout the chat but I tried to ignore to get the work done and I left my car there hoping they will do the tire swap in 3-4 hours. I called them a couple of times during the day to check if they had done the tire swap but they said it's not yet done. Finally, I called the store at 0530 pm in the evening to check. The person on call said they were not able to do it. I politely replied saying it's okay and I am coming now to get the car even though the tires are not done. By now I was feeling a bit frustrated and stressed about the tire swap, as my car had been in their store for more than 09 hours now. Upon reaching the store, I am told to pay the tire swap amount by the person on counter. The another person than just appears out of the workshop and said And I quote - "I was just messing with you on phone when you called to check on your tire swap.". Mind you this is a ************ setup where you need to show decency to customers and not stress the **** out of them. At this point I felt I was being racially profiled by the shop attendants, and was deliberately being troubled.
      I said thanks, paid the bill and came out of the workshop, checked the car and drove back home , feeling extremely frustrated, and stressed with what I had dealt throughout the day and being discriminated.
      This is not the place which takes its customers seriously. ******** * ***** Never coming back as this place lacks ************ ********, customer focus and a general courtesy. Hope the attendants learn some manners and civic sense.

      Today I called Economy Lube in Mississauga on Dixie and Dundas only to have the associate hang up on me. My call conversation was "hi is Mo in today", the associate "no"...click. Didn't even ask what I needed or if I wanted to be helped by some other associate. * *** ******** I called back and asked if he was the same person that had just hung up on me, he said yes. I asked him if that is how they now treat their customers. His response was that he has too many calls. I then drove to the location and found that Mo was in fact there and I explained what had happened. I have noticed that the establishment is not as busy anymore and couldn't figure out why, I now know why. I moved from Mississauga to Pickering and being a loyal customer and enjoying the quality of service that I have been receiving, I drive from Pickering to Mississauga when it's time to service my vehicle. After today I will be taking my business elsewhere, * ***** **** ** ***** ** *********** ** ** ******* Without customers every establishment are nothing, just remember that and word of mouth travels fast. ***** ***** *** **** ** *** **** *** *** *** * *** ********
