      Thier customer service is top notch, and
      knowledgeable. They were fast to help repair my dryer, and also removed and installed my washer when it had died. I recommend them to anyone who either needs an appliance or appliance repairs.

      Sell machines that don’t last 6 months in a small town laundromat. First one transmission went within 3 months, second one transmission is on its way out, third one is belt and possibly transmission. Told me *** ** *** ***** ** warranty is 90 days. So now I’m left with overpriced scrap machines and those were my main machines.

      I've been going to Al's for a few years now and have had recommended them to everyone and anyone who's looking for new/used appliances or repair. When my wife and I moved to our new place we had their team fit the house with fridges, freezers, microwaves and get used washer/driers for our old place before we left.
      They've always given us a great deal and their techs were polite and professional for our washer repair. I've had their owner specifically look for "jobsite microwaves" for my work crew as a favor and he came through wonderfully.
      Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Barry, Michelle and the warehouse staff for always taking care of my family and helping us in a timely manner.

      Recently had an awful experience. Had to schedule five visits to change a dishwasher part. On three different occasions they showed up either with wrong part or a broken/malfunctioning part. It was embarrassing. ** ****** ****** ** ** ****** ******* ******* ******** **** ****** ***** *******

      Thanks for your feedback ****** and sorry for the difficulties we had with this job. We visited your home four times. The first visit was for the initial diagnosis, the second visit we unfortunately were shipped the wrong part, and the third visit the part was defective, which was out of our control. We waived the fee for both of those visits and had the machine fully repaired on the fourth visit. Please feel free to contact us to discuss.
