      We're very happy with Pat's guys! They came out quickly, didn't try to upsell us, and got a 20+ year old AC working great in no time. They've helped us in the past with the furnace's fan too, and it was also a very good experience. ***** ** ********* *****

      ** * ***** ***** **** ***** * ****** **** *** ** * *** ****** *** ****** ******* *** ********. The unit he installed for me less than 10 months ago stopped working. The minute I called him and said, my heat is not working, you will need to come out to see it - he freaked out. Began speaking to me in an extremely condescending tone and giving me major attitude throughout - the man even went as far as asking me if I've called my dad and threatened to charge me $500 b/c he "never ever" works on a Sunday. He came out, changed my filter but my heat still did not work. When I called him back, he refused to return saying that my warranty is only operational during business hours and did not care that my toddler and I would be freezing. When we awoke this morning, my temperature was at 15 degrees. Upon his return to my home this afternoon, the attitude *** ******* ***************** continued and once more he threatened to charge me $500 for a defective product HE installed. Don't hire this man, especially if you're a woman* *** **** ******** **** * ********* ********** **** **** *** ** ****** * ***** **** *** ***** *** ******* ****** *** ************* ** *** *** *** ******
