    Their communication was excellent. Their costumer service great. The team that did the move was polite and respectful. Moving can be a stressfull experince, and the BAIRD team, made easy for us. They are great!!

    Overall, I am not happy with the service provided.
    We were paying for three people to move us at a high hourly rate, but what happens when one of the workers contributes little, is constantly viewing his phone, disappears for varying lengths of time, drags furniture across wood floors instead of picking it up, "looses" the 18 brass screws that hold your bed together and doesn't appear to know that arrows on a box indicate "this side up".
    Well... you overpay because it takes the two guys longer to complete the job, and your furniture and other household goods get damaged.

    We used Baird movers based on their BBB rating. They did not disappoint. Sean, the owner personally came to give us an estimate which was a set amount, not based on an hourly rate. No surprises and a great rate. We relocated out of town. He accommodated a move that involved moving out and then moving in 2 days later. We even had chest freezers that he unloaded and plugged in at his warehouse until move in date. Everything went as discussed and with absolutely no problems. What can I say about his crew. Cody, Ron and Joey. Incredible! It was a heavy move. They worked incredibly hard and even though they were tired as the day went on, they remained cheerful and fully accommodating.
