      Bought a guitar that had issues. Returned it with the promise of repair. I gave them explicit instructions on what to do to resolve the issue. They agreed. 3 weeks later, still no work done. They rushed it back and didn't follow instructions as agreed upon. They then had audacity to charge me for a set up. I paid. Brought it home and did the job myself. Horrible service and poor communication. They have lost a customer of 46 years. * ***** **** ****** ** **** ******* ********** Their staff don't follow store hours and seem to do their own thing. ** ***** *** ** *** ****** I would recommend they get an real technician to replace the ***** they have.
