      A plumber arrived to unblock a stack pipe in the unit above mine at ** ****** St West, Kitchener. The plumber removed the toilet to get access to the drain pipe, the toilet was full of dirty unflushable water and spilt it all on the floor. All the dirty water came through my ceiling and caused major damage to my unit. I informed the plumber and he didn't seem to care. I had a good $2000 worth of damaged and after sending an email and leaving a message nobody has contacted me.

      We were called out to this location through the property management company. Unfortunately, while the toilet was removed someone in the unit above flushed their toilet and this caused the water to come through the ceiling. The situation was remedied through the property management company. We have been back may times to this location for various repairs including same blockage in different units.
