      In my one-story house has long pipes and there was a blockage of the sewage system. On December 29, 2022, I called Tiger Plumber's office and explained my situation. I specifically asked for a pipe cleaning tool and the rep said they can work up to 100 feet with no problem. In my case, it was necessary to clear 80 and I agreed to their services. On December 30, at 8 am, the plumbers were on site and began work. After about an hour, it turned out that their snake was only 50 feet and they were forced to search and open additional locations and even worked from the end of the pipe. However, this only moved the clog along the pipe and did not release the flow, finally, after 3 hours, the sewer was freed, however, realizing that the cleaning was not completed along the entire length, I questioned the plumbers on whether they had completely removed the clog and everything was cleared. I asked why they didn't use a 100 foot snake and they told me there wasn't one. Within 24 hours I found the water started to back up in the sink again. I called and made an enquiry. I was offered a paid service or to call the office on Tuesday to discuss the problem. The problem obviously wasn't fixed properly, and I was left to celebrate the New Year with the same problem I paid to have fix the day before..
