    Onyx Condo Management is currently managing a unit for me on *** **** ****** in ********. They have stopped paying the agreed upon amount for rent they are supposed to be collecting. The rent stopped as of January 2023 so they are not 5 months overdue and owing $10250. I have been trying to resolve this issue as of February and keep getting excuses and silence from everyone in the organization for weeks at a time.     We hired Onyx Condo Management and signed a contract with them to manage our rented condo in ********,ON to collect monthly rent from our tenant and forward the funds to us on a monthly bases. For the last 3 months we have had to consistently chase them for our rent money which they automatically withdrew monthly from our tenants bank account. In February they withdrew rent twice from our tenant from two different numbered companies we did not receive Feb rent until end of March after numerous emails looking for our money. Rent for March which they took from our tenant in February was not received by us until end of April, again after numerous emails Aprils rent was withdrawn from our tenants account on the 6th and has not been sent to us it is now May 18th. Speaking to other condo owners in the building we found out that they too have had issues where rent was taken out, sometimes twice in one month and was not submitted to the owners in a timely manner as per contract. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t answer their emails. We want to get our rent money and warn other homeowners to beware of this unethical and ***** management company. They recently sent a notice to their clients stating that as of may 1st they will no longer be managing single family home units as it no longer aligns with their management portfolio, how about paying back the money they collected from tenants that has not been sent to the landlords. ** ***** ******* ********************** **** ***** ** ** ******** ** *** **** ** ******** ******** ******** ****** ***** ******** ****** ******* *** * ********* ********** ******* ****** ** **** ***** ***********

    We have requested banking files (EFT's) to ensure that this rent was collected and deposited into our account.  We do not have this information as of yet though will be happy to send over, assuming that this transacted.  We will follow up with the **** ** ******** on May 30th and confirm back.

    I am rejecting this response because this is the same response we have been getting since beginning of April. We have documentation from our tenants bank showing the withdrawal made by Onyx for Aprils rent. 
    On May 11, 2023 prior to filing with BBB our attorney sent a letter to Onyx requesting our rent money as per our contract which they ignored and did not respond to.
