      Extremely disappointed. Had a front door installed. The door handle never worked properly. Someone came and advised the door was cut wrong and a new door would have to be ordered. It has now been two months with two cancelled service appointments and now being told we will have to wait another month. Extremely disappointed in this service, despite having contacted several people, no one seems to care and just keep saying they will get back to me. Wishing they could just take the door back and I could go elsewhere.

      I thought I would share this experiance with folks… ** **** ******** ** ******* ** ***** ** ******** * ****** *** ***** ****** ***** ***** **** **** ***** ** ******** *** ***** ** ******** I just had one of your reps by and while everything was going fine, until at the end . I asked if he was going to furnish me a copy of the quote in full detail. That’s when things went pear shaped.
      Apparently Centennial doesn’t allow their potential clients the ability to make informed decisions. **** *** *** *** ****** **** * **** ***** ** * ** *** Apparently I offended his sensibilities by accusing him of being a BS artist.
      Something I actually didn’t do…
      I suspect he was uncomfortable with me actually holding your firms feet to the fire through a fair and fully transparent bidding process. He claimed that business relationships are based on “trust” I couldn’t agree more with your rep Phil. He further stated that clearly I don’t trust his and he’s leaving, how pathetic.
      Let me get this right Centennial you want me to trust you without providing me with a detailed written quote as you folks have a policy of sorts to keep potential clients in the dark. Im sorry guys… Simply unacceptable…
      Pretty sad indeed, my last words as he was packing up were “get the F out of our house”… ** **** ****** ** ****** ******* ** ****** *********** ***** **** ***** ** **** ****… I’m sure you will delete this as constructive criticism isn’t in your DNA… That’s fine as cut and pasting is dead easy…

      Horrible customer service. Horrible product. Workmanship and scheduling issues aside, which was a headache in itself. Spent 15k on double entry doors fibreglass full glass plus lights on each side, in addition to a bay window 3 fixed panes. After installation in the spring, come winter noticed a considerable draft. Phoned and they agreed to send someone out. They sent someone had to order parts. The better part of a year goes by. Someone randomly shows up with the replacement part. Wrong one. Tech customizes to fit, Says will order the correct one and leaves. Fix lasts 3 days before it starts falling off. That was over a year ago. Still haven't heard from them. Doors have a draft on all 4 sides plus down the centre. Doors aren't even flush.

      I had a sales person sell me my two doors last April. In August they came to put them in. There was a problem though the main door had a window in it which was NOT what we had ordered. We had ordered solid door type which was in our contract. The service workers had to reload it and told us we would be hearing from them soon. Come on people how long does it take to make a door and build it right? Now it's only 4 months and starting into the fifth month. I hope it's here before the cold weather comes.
