    They door company installed an awful door. The door that we ordered does not match the work order. All the hardware does not match they did not replace the baseboard that they took off. Their installers were very aggressive and not very friendly. We ordered a customer door and it’s not what we got.

    This is the fifth review left either by Mr. **** ******* and/or his mother since we completed his installation in early September. The fourth previous reviews, three on ****** and one on this very website have been deleted by **** after we have responded to and resolved Mr. *******'s concerns. Clearly, Mr. ******* prefers to remain unsatisfied, unreasonable *** ******** despite all of our assistance, communication and commitment to satisfaction, including a sizable discount to assuage his concerns. We have gone above and beyond when it comes to completing Mr. *******'s installation, even having the owner visit the jobsite to answer each and every question **** had. There is nothing more that can be done to help Mr. *******. At this point, it seems as though **** seeks to continue posting negative reviews MONTHS after everything has been completed *** ** *** *** ******. Thank you for the 1-star review ****. We will wear it as a badge of honour.

    The manager is awful to deal with. She knows nothing about her business. The people that she works with have no customer service. Also, their installers are throwing things around in my driveway and causing a problem in the top it all off. The manager told me herself that she does not trust her sales team after they went ahead and ordered the door that I did not OK this company is horrible.
