    I recently had lunch with a friend, the restaurent charged my Mastercard twice since then and after several phone calls and promises to call me back and issue the approiate credit to ********** it still hasn't been done, called again today and was told that Isomeone would call me back, looks like I will need to involve **********

    We are working to get your transaction reversed with our payment processor. I am very sorry that the time frame is not moving a long as quickly as you or I would like and I apologize that your phone call was not returned. I am aware of the error and have started the process to reverse the charge. I understand your frustrations and understand if contacting ********** may seem like the option that works best.
