      The Contract with the Leamington Pool April 11, 2023. The entire balance, $67,000 was paid as per the contract in September or 2023. The outstanding items at time of that payment were 1. Pool opening/closing 2. Winter cover .In October 2023 the company attempted to honour the contract closing and installing the winter cover. The winter cover provided was incorrect and was not useable. In lieu of the proper winter cover, tarps were installed. After repeated emails it was indicated that a new cover was being constructed and would be immediately put in place. We continued to email over the winter of 2024 at which time we were finally answered in April that the new winter cover would be fitted at time of opening in May. When it came time the final step of the project, opening of the pool in May of this year, again the cover was NOT installed. This was after calling twice in advance of the opening to ensure they were clear that the cover was to installed at which time they indicated that they were aware that it would.During winter we learned business was sold.I then spoke to *** in person and by email indicating that the cover would be completed once a pool was concluded 3 doors down from me. Completed cover.I emailed *** and said I would be by the week of June 10, 2024 to pick up my cover as I was the owner. He replied to me "Ok got it".Stopped by today to pick up cover talked to *** directly today June 13, 2024. He indicated the cover was in *******. I indicated that I would pick there and he replied "only if you pay for it", I quickly replied that I had. He said it would be installed next week. I indicated that I was skeptical that the cover existed.If the cover is not completed by the June 20, 2024 I will be taking legal action. I have all contractual details and correspondences and will be prepared to share them in a court of law.Estimated outstanding value $3000.*************************
