    Approx 07 Sept 2022 new Solensis windows were installed. Installation appeared to have been uneventful.18 Nov ************************************* excesss of 50kmh howling noise and cold draft from all newly installed installed windows. daylight noticed between all sliding window and window frames. Called ********** and he put me in touch with *********.11-Jan 2023 ********* from ********* checked window installation, added plastic trim and suggested installer re shim windows due to possible sagging. 11 Apr 2023 ********* measured for full screens in hopes the windows would be quieter 09 May 2023 Team from DRW home services looked at window installation to see what was required to make repairs 01 Aug 2023 service technician from DRW home services arrived and shimmed window frames and reinstalled aluminum trim 27 Nov 2023 Called **** at DRW and informed them windows still howling during a west wind 28 Nov 2023 ******** from DRW called and was going to contact ********* for next steps in rectification process Since then severat texts have been sent to ******** at DRW without any resolve. I suspect the windows require replacement since the airflow/noise comes from between both sliding window tracks on inside. I can eliminate the noise by taping the upper and lower sliding tracks on both west facing windows. This howling noise and cold draft will only happen during a west wind in excess of 50 kmh.The 2 pane slider window on west side of house has been fine since the adjustment.

    DRW has submitted this claim multiple times to ***************** & doors as this is deemed a manufacturing concern. ********* was not able to reply with a solution. I have reached out to them again asking for a dual site inspection with a ******** Depot authorized installation team, and an authorized technician directly from ********* so we have both sides on site at the same time. If the windows need to be replaced, that is up to *********'s discretion. We would like to schedule the service date for Monday, May 6th with arrival between 9-10am with both a DRW installation team, and a ********* service technician. I will reach out to **************** directly as well to confirm this date and time for a resolution.

    They installed our front door in 2020. There was a defect on the outside, the door is warped despite the fact it was in the warranty that it wouldn't warp for at least 20 years. Because of this warp, we are getting daylight coming through the door. We have tried numerous times to contact the owner of the company both by phone and email with no response, We have even tried going through his foreman with no luck. Part of the molding/trim from the outside was coming loose. We ended up fixing that ourselves. We had water leaks. they replaced the weather stripping but the door was not installed right and we ended up replacing the weather stripping ourselves too. We also were not given any invoice or paperwork. All we have is his business card
    We were told he would give us one at a later date and never did
