    August 3/22 - I ordered $213 in car parts to be delivered to my shipping address. Paid in full using my credit card and separate billing address. (I have both addresses. Cannot accept parcels at the one - preferred shipping address provided instead)

    This is when I uncover both the potential fraud AND the Unbelievably horrendous customer service.

    I wake up to an emailing claiming my order to be fraudulent due to the seperate shipping/billing address. (Both addresses are mine. Google maps would tell you they are mere km's away)

    They are demanding that I send them a picture of my personal i.d. and credit cards. Front/back.

    NOT HAPPENING LOL
    That is exactly how to have your identity stolen/sold.

    I get one lad on the phone after having my emails ignored for hours - in an attempt to avoid shipping delays - stonewalls me. Bouts of silence and mumbles something that a supervisor will be 'making a decision'.

    IMMEDIATELY, upon getting off the phone he emails me back stating that they will be delaying my order until I fulfill their ridiculous demand of photographing my personal property.

    I attempted raising someone on the telephone. Hung up on three times.

    Unprofessional and unethical

    Demanding that I provide photographs of my Credit Cards and Drivers Licenses. Simply not appropriate.

    I was happy to support a Canadian business. Also had many thousands of dollars budgeted for this project/vendor. I will be purchasing those parts elsewhere.

    Now I am waiting for my order to be cancelled and refunded.
