    We spoke with ***** ******, the owner of White Dog Contracting, in helping us grade/level our backyard, and put up about 170ft of fence around the property line of our new home.
    On July 1, 2022, ***** sent over a quote through email for the intended work. The first start date available was July 12th, 2022. He asked for a 30% deposit before the work started ($6508.80)

    We sent over payments of the following of $2000 on July 5, 6, and 12

    We reached out July 12, and was told he would not be available until July 14.
    He arrived July 19th. Worked again July 21, 22, 25-28
    Aug 11 We reached out, replied saying he was waiting on materials
    Aug 22 We reached out asking for an update. No reply
    Sept 6, 9, 24 We reached out, no reply
    Sept 25 reply from ***** saying he had COVID
    Oct 3 We reached out. Replied he would come that week
    Oct 6, 9, 12, 14 We reached out. Replied Oct 14 with he was coming Oct 18 Did not
    Oct 20 We reached out asking for an update. Oct 21 replied saying stones would arrive on Oct 26. Nothing came
    Oct 27 We reached out. Replied they are coming Oct 31
    Nov 2 showed up with 75% of stones only
    Nov 6 soil showed up and I helped him move it all to the back
    DID NOT COME BACK FOR REST OF YEAR
    Apr 3 2023 We reached out. Said we were first on his list
    Apr 21 We reached out asking for an update. Replied saying Apr 24. No show.
    Told May 1 he received contract to renovate ******* airport
    May 9, 16, 17, 24, reached out and no update
    May 27-June 1 nothing. June 2 more soil arrived and I helped for 4 hours
    June 7, 8, We reached out
    June 10 replied with Truck issues
    June 13 arrived
    June 16, 19, 22, 23 reached out no reply
    June 26 was told his truck was impounded
    June 30, 31 arrived to work
    Has not been back since

    We have not been able to contact ***** since July 22 and have called or text every single day

    $2000 - July 22, 25, 26, 27, 28. $1000 Nov 2, $500 Nov 5, 15, $1500 June 13/23,$1000 June 29
    TOTAL $23,500 and only 60% of Quoted Job is completed.
