  I had an extremely disappointing experience with Eatman Plumbing. The work was not only done poorly, but it was also left unfinished. Despite my repeated attempts to contact **** Eastman directly, I received no follow-through. When I finally spoke with him, he was unprofessional, rude, and even hung up on me. I tried to resolve the issue amicably, but instead, I was met with indifference and bad service. This company failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for reliable plumbing services.

  ****** ***** Thank you for your feedback! We were also met with a disappointing experience with yourself. You were met with kindness every time our phones were answered all the way to your initial visit with our technician. Your original visit was successful as the property was empty and had a small blockage. You then reached out to us again, claiming to have another clog issue with a property now housing 15 individuals. Initially blaming it on us , you were still met with professionalism by our on call dispatcher who explained to you that we are short staffed and experiencing difficulty getting a tech out . Further into the conversation, our staff member was met with hostility and threatening of lawyers. We do not condone mistreatment or verbal abuse to our staff that put so much into our everyday operations. We decided to no longer service you, and we recommended other plumbers in the area. You then kept calling us back, leading us to believe no other contractor wanted to take yourself on as a client. We have a right to decline service!

  If I could rate zero stars that would be more fitting. Eastman's completed all plumbing install on our new home. To this day, almost 2 years later nothing was resolved to my complaints. The shower insert was a joke. Not fitted properly, not even all screws were put in to secure the unit inplace. Which resulted in the drywall not being properly fitted around the insert which has made it impossible to frame out with trim. Over charged $8000 for a large piece of plastic for a resivoir to hold water which isn't really needed. Have never used hardly a 1/4 of it in a day for a family of four. Simply speaking, Eastman Plumbing is the worst plumbing company. Refuse to take responsibility for the inexperienced, lazy employees. Which might I add, has anyone noticed the frequent adverts for hiring?? Or how about the large fleet of brand new vehicles? Wonder if thats from the over charging for lack luster workmanship or products not required.

  They gave me a quote of $1700 to install a bathtub. I sourced all the.mayerial needed. I was told labour's was $225 per hour? Wow plumber are now like hockey players? Shameful.

  The $225 per hour we charge here is for a plumber with a helper/apprentice. This installation of the tub with a new shower valve and drain (supplied by the customer) was to be installed on a main floor with drywall ceilings below, we were going to try to install the drain without disturbing the ceiling below.I am glad we always give the customer an estimate so they know the cost and if it works for them!

  If you're not Savvy to Plumbing costs..this company will RIP YOU OFF!! . Believe me, they did with me.They overcharged me near $400 for a plumming item I could have bought in Peterborough for the same part at $395.They'll reply to this issue giving you some bologna story. The fact remains, you can buy that part for $395 at multiple places in *******.Also check out their reviews on ******* There'are many complaints about their technicians that they're not fully qualified to do the job correctly.Furthermore they'll ask you for a 50% deposit. Who in their right mind gives 50% deposit nowadays. If you're fool enough to give it you better hope they complete the job correctly.When I left my review on ****** they they didn't even bother to contact me. There are more concerned about keeping the $400. And don't give a hoot about customer satisfaction..

  It is too bad I did not see this review before now, this same person tried to put multiple reviews on ******* and ****** removed all his reviews. This review has some truth to it, I would have charged $400 for a part he could buy for $395, the difference is we bring the item with us to the job needing to be done and save the customer the trip to the store.We strive for customer satisfaction and did have a call with ******, the part was a special order and if he did not want it we have a 25% restocking fee charged by my supplier.
