We rented a trailer from them, worst experience ever! To start when picking up they never disclosed about the extra cost 80ish dollars that you have to buy “their toilet paper and septic chemicals” which is a ridiculous price but hey it was Saturday and we going on holidays is what it is. paid and carried on to the walk threw. Walked out to trailer and noticed a large scrape all down the side, it’s been in an accident! I pointed that out to the fella and that the sewer cap was missing. He said of ya someone side swiped a transport.. huh so I’m paying top rate to rent a trailer that’s damaged and was never disclosed! Great. Now I know they would have got insurance or the client was charged so what did they do with the funds? Pocket it? Use it to pave their yard? Sure wasn’t to fix trailer! Then we left, we stopped for a break and went to use the washroom, only to our delight the water pressure was none, the pump would growl but just a trickle. Couldn’t even flush! Called Monday morning first thing and there was no guidance no help just deflect. No try this look at that. Nothing just “we’ll have to look at it when your back” great so now we have to stay at campgrounds in order to have water. We weren’t planning on. The mattress was like a block, we had to buy a blow up mattress **** ******** ****. But when we got back 3 weeks it took and 3 conversations with Stewart and 0 customer service. Our holidays were shot, had to spend extra $ for campgrounds and they never reimbursed anything. They offered a 50% rental next year. But why hold a customer *******? If I damaged a the trailer I’m expected to pay and they held the deposit! He had ever excuse on why the water didn’t work at first they didn’t even admit it was a problem till I got mad. And was told for the damage “cause we don’t need a pry bar to open the door, it’s considered functional” really??? Wow I’d never step foot in that place again! *** ** ****** **** *** ***** *** **** ** ******** ** *** **** ******
