    **** ******* is the owner/operator/tech support/ customer service representative. Been with this company for a couple years and just last month the service really started getting bad. Wed contact them to get them to fix it and wed always get an excuse. They didnt have agents in the field. Try unplugging and plugging back in. All day without service. Eventually would fix itself. On December 30th, we advised we wanted to cancel the service after we experience another issue and were told to figure it out because he was at his other job. Still being a paying customer for a service, this was unacceptable. He confirmed hed cancel the service from his end. We were owed a credit which he did not provide and he has since charged my credit again for another month of service. When attempting to contact him to rectify this, he ignores all contact. He is still selling internet service in the area. This is highly unethical and theft. He is the only point of contact weve ever been given for the service.     We were never given a bill in the couple years we were with them, just charged ******/month. Everything was done via text. I can take a screenshot of my bank records that show the payment they took if this would work?

    He only ever contacted us via email a few times, but mainly via text message.
