    My delivery was supposed to happen on Friday 21 July 2023. This didn't happen because the office closed at 4. I reached out on Monday 24 July to ask when I could expect my delivery - surely there should be another attempt the next business day or day after. I received no clear response. I sent more emails on the 25th and 26th. I just need to know where this order is? Will I be receiving it ever? This is pathetic!

    They delivered my package to the wrong address. I got no order confirmation about it, the person who they delivered it to got my phone number off the package and messaged me, they now have my full name, address, and phone number. When I called the company they said they would escalate it and to call back in 24 hours for an update as they werent able to call me. I called back and they had no idea where my package was and told me to call back in another 24 hours. Their call centre is closed on weekends. ****** reviews say this happens often
