    This company has been awful to deal with. First of all, they would barely answer any of my emails. When I received an email, they told me the courier service they used, which cannot deliver to a PO Box, had delivered the item, and therefore, I had to put a claim through this courier service, and they washed my hands of this issue. This is incorrect. They, as the sender, are the ones who have to put forth a claim to get the money back. What they should have done is refund me the money and then put a claim through the courier service to be refunded.
    The courier service was excellent to work with, and they have submitted evidence showing that the parcel was returned to the sender. Therefore, they have my order, yet they refuse to refund me.
    To make matters worse, I called Fauxliage to speak with them directly about this issue, and the number listed on their website is no longer in use. DO NOT deal with this company.
