    Super non-responsive. Constantly had to ask for updates, over the course of 3 months, even though I had supposedly been pre-approved. The vehicles I was interested in ended up selling and I eventually received no response at all after another follow up. You’d think as a business, they’d want clients but I guess not. Tried to get the dealer to contact him, then the financing guy would respond for a day or two and then go MIA again. Gave up and basically ran a credit application for no reason as the delay in responses caused it to expire. Not going to chase someone to do their job or gain my business. Useless.
